If you just received your new set of MAXTRAX, and maybe aren't so sure about the colour. no problem! Most items can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in original condition.
- We only accept returns or exchanged up to 30 days from purchase.
- For MAXTRAX boards, this means no scuffs, abrasions, dirt etc.
- For other products, this means the item is in its original packaging, unused and unopened.
- Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. (Both to us, and back to you.)
- If the return is the result of an error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the item and the shipping cost.
- We inspect all returned items and will issue a refund based on the condition of the product with up to a 20% restocking fee, if returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items in original condition will receive a full refund.
- Items that have been used or mounted, will not be eligible for the return process, and the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
How to Return An Item
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your receipt or order number, along with how you’d like to proceed with the return (full return, exchange for a different colour, etc).
- Once we receive the product back at our facility, we will issue the refund or ship the exchange.
Defective Product And Returns Due To Our Error
If there’s a mistake with your order or your items arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt we’ll do everything we can to make it right, this includes:
- Sending replacement parts/accessories
- Replacing the product
- Issuing a refund
- We will cover the cost of the return shipment
